Return Policy

KaoS Hobby-sport retains the right as to whether an item may be returned, exchanged or order cancelled. KaoS Hobby-sport encourages customers to use caution when placing an order, as once placed the order can not be cancelled, nor the item returned or exchanged unless KaoS Hobby-sport consents. In order to obtain a refund or exchange, prior approval must be given by KaoS Hobby-sport. Please email Kaoshobbysport@gmail.com for a return authorization.

Refunds are for the cost of product only; shipping, handling, and any fees or charges are non refundable. Due to their product nature, KaoS Hobby-sport can not accept returns of sealed products which have been opened or removed from packaging in any way.

Electronics are non-returnable and if defective would revert to the manufacturers warranty coverage. Returns are subject to a restocking fees of 20%
