Shipping Policy

We make every effort to process and ship orders as fast as possible. Orders will ship within 24-48 hours (we are closed on Saturday and Sundays) of being placed.

KaoS Hobby-sport uses Canada Post for all domestic shipments within Canada. We Can also ship Fedex if need be for time sensitive orders, at an additional cost.

Shipping Policy

Free Shipping applies only to those shipments that qualify (over $250 and fit within a Canada Post flat rate box ) Free Shipping does not apply to International or any premium shipping services.

* Kits are excluded, unless specified. Insurance is not included and the receiver agrees to release KaoS Hobby-sport of any responsibly for lost, misplaced or stolen packages once shipped and in the Canada Post or Fedex system. Packages exceeding 500.00 are insured at no additional cost to the customer. Packages under $500.00 are not insured unless you contact us to add insurance to your package which will incur additional charges.

We are not responsible for uninsured packages which are lost or damaged in transit.

Lost Package Policy

On the rare occasion that a package is lost in transit, either by Canada Post or Fedex , You must contact the shipping company to start a case file to determine if the package is actually lost. KaoS Hobby-sport is not responsible for lost packages. Please contact the shipper with your tracking information.
